    About

    Sustainable Food Center (SFC) is an Austin nonprofit that cultivates a healthy community by strengthening the local food system and improving access to nutritious, affordable food. Our 4-star rated, green energy space can accommodate up to 75 people. The SFC Commercial Kitchen and Community Room are perfect for self-catered holiday events, dinner parties, wine tastings, community programs, meet-up groups and celebrations. The teaching kitchen has a commercial dishwasher, double oven, 6 burner gas range and walk-in cooler. The kitchen can accommodate 30 lecture-style and 15 hands-on. The adjacent community room has a 35 person capacity, projector screen, tables and chairs.
